The State Revenue Service and Ministry of Finance included municipal joint-stock company “Daugavpils Siltumtīkli” on white list.

The State Revenue Service and Ministry of Finance admitted that municipal joint-stock company “Daugavpils Siltumtīkli” corresponds with certain criteria and decided to include company in in-depth cooperation program or so-called white list.

Opportunity of faster repayment of value-added tax, services of an individual tax consultant, receiving of information on a monthly basis concerning the tax returns and noncompliance of informative declarations data to the information available at the State Revenue Service, and provision of answers to the taxpayer's applications (excluding references) in short terms, as well as other benefits have been ensured for the taxpayers who are included in the program.

In-depth cooperation program for entrepreneurs is implemented by the State Revenue Service and Ministry of Finance from this year’s summer. Currently 35 companies in Latvia are included on white list. Without municipal joint-stock company “Daugavpils Siltumtīkli”, Daugavpils in this list is represented by company “Antaris” ltd.

In-depth cooperation program aim is to foster closer and more effective cooperation between taxpayer and the tax administration, reducing the administrative burden.
