Autumn school for children “Music and performance”
The society “ERFOLG” organizes together with the German Federal Ministry of the Interior an autumn children school.
In the holidays, children will have the possibility to participate in the diversified program. They will get to know autumn traditions like Thanksgiving and St. Martin and make handicraft workshops which are related to the season. We also plan to visit the Music School and the Theatre of Daugavpils. The children will get the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of autumn: coloured leaves, the last shafts of sunlight and the animals preparing for a long winter.
Target group: children from 7 to 13
Time: 27.10.2014 – 31.10.2014 from 9 am to 4pm (Parents who work may bring their children earlier if they arrange it with the organizers of the school)
Place: Cietokšņa iela 44, Society "ERFOLG"
Fee: 25 EUR (the fee includes all necessary materials for workshops, food, excursions and presents)
Program:
Monday – Friday
09.00 – 10.00 German lesson with the topics: autumn, nature and animals
10.00 – 12.00 workshops and autumn traditions
12.00 – 13.00 lunch
13.00 – 16.00 excursions and workshops
Registration in advance is necessary because the number of participants is restricted!
