From the 1st of January is planned to provide the city's streets and squares lighting by SIA "LabiekārtošanaD”

On the 6th of December Daugavpils City Council Members discussed the issue of permit for  PSIA "Sadzīves pakalpojumu kombināts" to hand over its property for use without compensation to SIA "Labiekārtošana D" in the Finance Committee.

Local government delegated functions were-passing the lightening of squares and other urban areas to servicing of SIA "Labiekārtošana D". The draft resolution will be reviewed by the deputies on City Council meeting of 13th December.
