Strong families in Daugavpils!

Society "Dagood Studio", “Associazione Culturale Eufemia”, “Association Strive”, “ProActiv pentru Comunitate”, “ASOCIACION BUILDING BRIDGES” will run a project “A Treasure Chest of Family Traditions” with support of International Youth program agency within a program “ERASMUS+: Youth in Action”.

The aim of the project is to improve participants’ traditional artistic skills, thus giving young people the opportunity to display their ideology by the means of traditional family activities and contribute to their tolerance towards different cultures and social realities.

The youth exchange will run from 19.05.2017 till 29.05.2017. Youth from Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Spain and Italy will get to know family holiday traditions in different countries of Europe. It will be amazing experience and exchange of life stories, as well as actively spent time learning, using different available non-formal educational methods. Within the project will happen discussions about questions concerning social integration and other questions, connected with problem of integration of ethnic minorities.

One of the main objectives of the project is taking part in a family festival „ZOOMAIFEST”, on which the task of society "Dagood Studio" will be not only music support, but also other workshops and important activities.
