News of Daugavpils Youth Centre of informal education

Oh the 3^rd of September Youth Centre of informal education has opened its doors in VaršavasStreet 45. This Centre is a governmental structure of Daugavpils City Council Youth Department. Regulation about the activity of the Centre has been approved on the 16^th of July, 2012.

Delegation of Harbin’s city mass media representatives is taking away positive impressions from Daugavpils.

A few days in Daugavpils were spent by the delegation of Harbin’s city , which is our twin city in China . Members of the delegation were head managers and chiefs of Harbin’s TV information service, correspondents of the biggest Harbin’s newspaper. The aim of the visit was creating the film and a series of publications about all the 27 twin cities of Harbin.
