On the 3rd of December, the International Day of Disabled Persons, public transport for persons with disabilities is free

Based on Daugavpils City Council Binding Regulations No.31 of on the International Day of Disabled People, on the 3rd of
December public transport of Daugavpils is free of charge for people with disabilities. 

To use this benefit a certificate of disabled person must be shown.
